How it works

How do the extra inches work?

An ergonomic lift is built inside the shoe, under the heel. It's paired with an outsole that's barely thicker than usual, keeping the proportions of a classic sneaker or loafer. The total gain goes up to 3.1 inches (8 cm) depending on the style (shown on each product page), and it stays invisible from the outside.

Can people tell?

No. That's the whole point. The height is hidden inside: from the outside, your Mollos look like regular shoes, even with cropped pants.

Are they comfortable all day?

Yes, once you're used to them. Allow 2–3 days for your posture to adjust. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at first, then all day.

How are they different from shoe lifts?

An insert slipped into a regular shoe lifts your heel out of the shoe and squeezes your foot. A height-increasing shoe is built around the lift: your foot is supported, your heel stays in place, and the extra volume is designed in from the start.

How do I choose my size?

Our shoes use EU sizing — check our size guide for the US conversion. If you're between sizes, size up. Not sure? Message us and we'll help.

What if I get the wrong size?

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Yes, within 20 days of delivery, as long as they haven't been worn outside and are in their original condition. Money-back guarantee, conditions apply.

Care

How do I care for the leather?

A soft, slightly damp cloth for everyday cleaning, and a colorless conditioning cream once a month. For suede, use a suede brush and a waterproofing spray.
