Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery times

Allow 10–12 days between order confirmation and delivery. The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page. These times are estimates; in any case, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after purchase.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take a few days to update after the carrier picks up the package.

Damaged, incomplete or missing packages

Damaged or incomplete package: contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and its contents, and keep the packaging.
Package not received: if tracking stops updating or the estimated date has passed, message us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Lost packages are reshipped or refunded.
Marked as delivered but not found: check with your neighbors, building staff or mailbox, then contact us so we can open an investigation.

These steps do not affect your statutory rights.

Please double-check your address before placing your order. To change it, contact us as soon as possible: changes are possible until the package has shipped.
