Terms of sale

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Seller

The Mollo website is operated by MOLLO.COM, a French single-member limited liability company (SARLU) with share capital of €100, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. RCS Paris 108 211 996 – SIRET: 108 211 996 00013 – EU VAT number: FR86108211996. Managing Director: Luca Giarratano. Contact: contact@molloshoes.com or through our contact form.

2. Scope

These terms of sale apply to any order placed on the website by a consumer. They are accepted when the order is placed. The mandatory rights granted to consumers by law remain applicable in all circumstances.

3. Products

Mollo offers height-increasing shoes for men. The essential features of each style (materials, height gain, available sizes, price) are listed on its product page. Photos are as accurate as possible; slight color variations due to lighting or your screen may occur.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency of your market (in U.S. dollars for the United States, in euros including VAT for the European Union). Shipping is free. The total amount payable is displayed before you place your order. Mollo may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when you order.

5. Orders

The customer selects a style and size, reviews the cart, enters their details, chooses a payment method and places the order with an obligation to pay. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent. Mollo may refuse or cancel an order in the event of non-payment, suspected fraud, product unavailability or an obvious pricing error; any amounts paid are then refunded in full.

Mollo reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order (unusual quantities, incomplete or clearly incorrect information) or any order from a customer with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.

6. Availability

Products are offered while supplies last. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer is notified by email and may choose another style or size, or receive a full refund within 14 days.

7. Payment

Payment is made online when the order is placed, using the methods offered at checkout (credit/debit card and, where available, digital wallets). Transactions are encrypted and processed by secure payment providers; Mollo never has access to your full card details.

8. Shipping

Shipping is free and tracked. The estimated delivery time is 10–12 days from the order; a tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. In any case, Mollo undertakes to deliver no later than 30 days after the order. Failing this, the customer may, after a formal notice that remains unanswered, cancel the contract and obtain a full refund of all amounts paid. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the package. See also our shipping policy.

Receipt: if a package is opened, damaged or incomplete, the customer is invited to note specific reservations with the carrier and to contact us within 3 days with photos, to make processing easier. This does not deprive the customer of their statutory rights.

Shipping address: the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is not collected within the carrier's deadlines, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

9. Right of withdrawal

Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Mollo extends this period to 20 days from receipt of the order, with no reason required.

How to withdraw:

  • online, using the withdrawal feature in your account (withdrawal button on the order concerned); an acknowledgment is emailed immediately;
  • or by sending us the withdrawal form below, or any other unambiguous statement, by email to contact@molloshoes.com or through our contact form.

Returning products: the customer returns the products no later than 14 days after communicating their decision, to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or not as described. Shoes must be returned in their original condition, in their box, without having been worn outside. The customer may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.

Refund: Mollo refunds all amounts paid no later than 14 days from the date it is informed of the withdrawal decision, using the same payment method as the original order. Mollo may withhold the refund until the products have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.

10. Money-back guarantee

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, Mollo offers a commercial money-back guarantee valid for 20 days from receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • shoes tried on indoors only, on a clean surface, and not worn outside;
  • clean soles, with no signs of wear, deep creasing or dirt;
  • complete product, returned in its original box with any accessories and packaging;
  • return requested through your account or the contact form before the deadline expires.

If these conditions are not met, Mollo may refuse the return or issue a partial refund reflecting the observed loss in value, and will inform the customer with supporting photos. This commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, the statutory warranties.

11. Statutory warranties

All products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To make a claim, contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the defect.

The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to claim under the statutory warranty of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.

The statutory warranty of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.

If the goods are repaired under the statutory warranty of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial warranty.

If the consumer requests a repair but the seller imposes a replacement, the statutory warranty of conformity is renewed for two years from the date of replacement.

The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund upon return of the goods, if:
1. The seller refuses to repair or replace the goods;
2. The repair or replacement takes place after a period of thirty days;
3. The repair or replacement causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the cost of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the cost of installing the repaired or replacement goods;
4. The lack of conformity persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to remedy it.

The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to request repair or replacement first.

The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.

Any period during which the goods are unavailable for repair or replacement suspends the remaining warranty period until the restored goods are delivered.

The rights set out above result from Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.

A seller who obstructs in bad faith the implementation of the statutory warranty of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).

The consumer also benefits from the statutory warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This warranty entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund upon return of the goods.

12. Product use and liability

Height-increasing shoes slightly change your posture: an adjustment period of a few days is normal and is not a defect. The stated height gain corresponds to the total height of the lift and sole; results may vary depending on build and shoe size. Mollo cannot be held liable for normal wear and tear, improper care, use for purposes other than intended (for example, intensive sports) or modification of the product by the customer. Mollo's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, within the limits provided by law, and without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.

13. Retention of title

Products remain the property of MOLLO.COM until the price has been paid in full.

14. Force majeure

Mollo cannot be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (including carrier strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, customs blockages or administrative decisions). The customer will be informed as soon as possible and may, if the delay exceeds 30 days, cancel the order and receive a refund.

15. Intellectual property

The Mollo brand, logo, text, images and graphic elements of the website are the exclusive property of MOLLO.COM or are used with permission. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

16. Evidence

Computerized records kept in the systems of Mollo and its service providers under reasonable security conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. Order forms and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium.

17. Customer service and complaints

Our customer support team is available 24/7 through our contact form or by email at contact@molloshoes.com.

18. Consumer mediation

If a dispute is not resolved after a written complaint to our customer service, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided in the website's legal notice.

19. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

20. Severability and changes

If any clause of these terms of sale is declared invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect. Mollo may modify these terms at any time; the applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.

21. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
