How do I adjust the height?

The insole is made of removable layers. Add or remove them to choose 1.2 in, 1.8 in, 2.4 in or 3 in (3, 4.5, 6 or 7.5 cm). Start with a moderate height for the first few days.

What size should I choose?

One size fits most: trim guides from EU 35 to 44 (US men's 4–11) are printed under the insole. Simply trim the front with scissors to match your size.

Which shoes can I use them in?

Sneakers, boots or dress shoes. For a discreet look, choose high-top shoes or styles with a bit of room at the heel. They're not designed to go inside a pair of Mollos, which already have a built-in lift.

When will I get them?

Allow 6–7 days. If you also order shoes, the insoles ship separately, so they may arrive before your Mollos. Shipping is still free.

Can I return them?
